💡 This article explains how to set up and use the online booking feature in Appo.

How does it work?

How to Enable Online Booking:

1. At the bottom of the screen, tap Settings (⚙️).
2. Select Calendar and online booking (📅).
3. In the middle of the screen, find the Online booking switch (🌏).
4. Toggle it to the On position.
5. Click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.

How to Share the Online Booking Link to Your Clients:

1. At the bottom of the screen, tap Settings (⚙️).
2. Select Calendar & Online Booking (📅).
3. In the middle of the screen, below the Online Booking switch, you'll find your link 🔗: https://appo.day/****.
4. Tap the link to open the sharing menu 📤.
5. Choose Copy 📑 or share it directly via available apps 📲.
6. Paste the link into your social media profile (Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.) or send it to a client via a direct message 💬.
7. Let your clients know they can now book with you online ✅.

Make Sure Notifications Are Enabled 🔔:

To avoid missing client bookings, check if notifications for Appo are allowed in your iPhone settings:

1. Open Settings (⚙️) on your iPhone.
2. Tap Notifications (🔔).
3. Scroll down and select Appo.
4. Enable Allow Notifications – toggle the switch to the right (✅).
5. Choose how notifications will appear: on the lock screen, in the notification center, as banners, or with sound.

Personalization Settings ⚙️

Sticky Booking 📌

Available time slots will be placed next to already scheduled events for the day. If the day is completely free, the client can choose any convenient time.

Address 📍

This address will be visible to the client during online booking.

Allow Booking in ⏳

Defines how far in advance a booking can be made. For example, if set to 4 hours, then at 10:00 AM, the earliest available booking time will be 2:00 PM (if available).

Max days ahead 📅➡️📆

Defines how far in advance a client can book from the current date.

Time Interval ⏳📏

Determines the time gap between available booking slots throughout the day. For example, if set to 30 minutes, clients will be able to book appointments at 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, and so on.
